Objective: Deliver modern, equitable, future-ready education across all Victorian schools. Ensure every Victorian public school has modern facilities, sufficient staff, and the resources to deliver world-class education.
- Ensure 100% Schooling Resource Standard (SRS) funding for all public schools, ending the current underfunding gap.
- Upgrade outdated school buildings, libraries, IT labs, sporting facilities, and classrooms across metropolitan, regional, and rural Victoria.
- Hire more teachers, support staff, and wellbeing coordinators to reduce class sizes and support students’ academic and emotional needs.
- Teacher Retention & Wellbeing Strategy – Address teacher burnout with support systems, mentoring, and workload reviews.
- Create a Statewide School Infrastructure Fund to fast-track urgent repairs, rebuilds, and safety upgrades
- Co-design facility improvements with school communities to ensure solutions match local needs.
- Strengthen TAFE & Youth Training -Invest in TAFE, apprenticeships, and practical training to equip young people with real-world skills.
- Increase University Funding –Make higher education more accessible and affordable — no student should be left behind due to cost
